Comparison review
Galaxy Tab S4 has an overall score of 78.8, which is a little bit better than the Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2's overall score of 78.5. Galaxy Tab S4's construction is way newer, much lighter and just a little bit thinner than Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2. The Galaxy Tab S4 and Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 count with quite similar processing units, because although the Galaxy Tab S4 has doesn't have an additional graphics co-processor, it also counts with a greater number of cores (and faster) and a greater amount of RAM.
Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 has a slightly better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy Tab S4, because although it has a little bit less pixels per inch in the screen, and they both have the same resolution of 1600 x 2560 pixels, the Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 also counts with a larger display. Galaxy Tab S4 counts with a lot better camera than Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2, because it has a much better (4K) video resolution and a back facing camera with a lot higher resolution.
Galaxy Tab S4 counts with more storage for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2, and although they both have the same 64 GB internal memory, the Galaxy Tab S4 also has a SD memory slot that admits up to 400 GB. The Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 has superior battery performance than Galaxy Tab S4, because it has 9500mAh of battery capacity.
Although Galaxy Tab S4 is a better device, it costs more money than the Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2. If you are trying to save some dollars, you can get the Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2, and give up a couple features, but you will get the most with your money.
