Galaxy Tab S 10.5 has an overall score of 73.1, which is much better than the Amazon Fire HD 7's score of 53.9. Galaxy Tab S 10.5's body is heavier but incredibly thinner than the Amazon Fire HD 7, and both of them were released with only 4 months difference. These devices work with Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy Tab S 10.5 has a more recent 4.4.2 version and Amazon Fire HD 7 has Android 4.4 version, so it gives a couple nice extra features.
