The iPad Pro 11-inch (2020) is better than the Galaxy Tab S 10.5, with an 84 score against 74.3. The iPad Pro 11-inch (2020) has iPadOS 13.x operating system, and Galaxy Tab S 10.5 works with Android 4.4.2 operating system. IPad Pro 11-inch (2020) is a a lot newer and thinner device than Galaxy Tab S 10.5, but it is also a little heavier.
IPad Pro 11-inch (2020) has a superior processing unit than Galaxy Tab S 10.5, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the iPad Pro 11-inch (2020) also has a higher amount of RAM. So if you want that extra features, you can buy Apple iPad Pro 11-inch (2020), else you can save some dollars and get the Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5, resigning some specifications.
