IPad Pro 12.9-inch is way better than the Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5, having an 89.8 score against 74.3. The iPad Pro 12.9-inch body is much newer than the Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5's, but it is extremely heavier and a little thicker. Galaxy Tab S 10.5 features a bit sharper screen than iPad Pro 12.9-inch, because although it has a bit worse resolution of 1600 x 2560 and a little smaller display, it also counts with a just a little greater pixels number in each display inch.
The Apple iPad Pro 12.9-inch features a superior storage to store more games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5, because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with 512 GB internal memory capacity. The Apple iPad Pro 12.9-inch features a bit faster processor than Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5, because although it has a lower number of cores , it also counts with a greater amount of RAM memory.
IPad Pro 12.9-inch features a much better battery duration than Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5, because it has a 10891mAh battery size. The Apple iPad Pro 12.9-inch shoots a lot better pictures and videos than Galaxy Tab S 10.5, because it has a back-facing camera with a much higher 12 megapixels resolution and a lot better 3840x2160 video resolution.

So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy Apple iPad Pro 12.9-inch, else you can save some dollars and buy the Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5, resigning some specifications.
