The iPad Pro 12.9-inch (2018) has an overall score of 81.1, which is a little bit better than the Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5's 74.3 global score. IPad Pro 12.9-inch (2018) is a newer and thinner tablet than Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5, although it's extremely heavier. IPad Pro 12.9-inch (2018) counts with a bit more powerful processor than Galaxy Tab S 10.5, and although they both have the same number of cores, the iPad Pro 12.9-inch (2018) also has 1 GB more RAM.
Galaxy Tab S 10.5 counts with a little more vivid display than iPad Pro 12.9-inch (2018), because although it has a quite smaller screen and a little bit worse resolution of 1600 x 2560px, it also counts with a bit more pixels per inch in the screen. The Galaxy Tab S 10.5 has a slightly bigger storage to install games and applications than iPad Pro 12.9-inch (2018), because although it has only 32 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with an external memory card slot that allows up to 128 GB.
The iPad Pro 12.9-inch (2018) shoots much better photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5, because it has a back camera with way more mega pixels and a way higher 3840x2160 video definition. If you prefer to save some dollars, you can get the Galaxy Tab S 10.5, and give up a couple features, but you will get the most with your money.
