Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 is better than Huawei MediaPad M2, having a 74.3 score against 65.5. Both of these tablets work with Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 has 4.4.2 version and Huawei MediaPad M2 has Android 5.1 Lollipop version. Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5's construction is thinner than Huawei MediaPad M2, but it is way heavier and was released around 13 months before.
The Huawei MediaPad M2 counts with just a bit better processing power than Galaxy Tab S 10.5. Both have the same number of cores and a 3 GB RAM memory.
