Galaxy Tab S 10.5 has a score of 74.3, which is better than the LG G Pad 8.3's score of 65.9. The Galaxy Tab S 10.5 design is newer and incredibly thinner, but also a lot heavier than LG G Pad 8.3. Both of these tablets have Android operating system, but the Galaxy Tab S 10.5 has 4.4.2 version and LG G Pad 8.3 has Android 4.4, providing the user a couple nice extra features.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 features a little more vivid screen than LG G Pad 8.3, because it has a just a bit better amount of pixels in each inch of screen, a bigger screen and a better resolution of 1600 x 2560. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 features just a little better processing power than LG G Pad 8.3, because it has a greater number of cores and more RAM.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 has a lot bigger memory for games and applications than LG G Pad 8.3, because it has 32 GB internal memory capacity and a slot for an external memory card that allows up to 128 GB. The LG G Pad 8.3 counts with a slightly better camera than Galaxy Tab S 10.5, although it has a worse 1920x1080 (Full HD) video definition and a back camera with way less mega pixels.
