The Galaxy Tab S 10.5 is much better than Microsoft Surface RT, having a score of 74.3 against 58.4. The Galaxy Tab S 10.5 construction is newer, lighter and extremely thinner than the Microsoft Surface RT. Galaxy Tab S 10.5 works with Android 4.4.2 OS, and Microsoft Surface RT has Windows RT OS.
