Galaxy Tab S 10.5 is much better than Moto Tab G20, having a global score of 74.3 against 66.3. Galaxy Tab S 10.5's construction is thinner than Moto Tab G20, although it is way heavier and was released 7 years before. Both of these tablets come with Android OS, but Galaxy Tab S 10.5 has 4.4.2 version while Moto Tab G20 has Android 11, so it provides some additional features and optimized performance.

The Moto Tab G20 features a bit better CPU than Galaxy Tab S 10.5. Both of them have a 3 GB RAM memory and a Octa-Core CPU. The Galaxy Tab S 10.5 features a much sharper display than Motorola Moto Tab G20, because it has a really bigger display, a way higher resolution of 1600 x 2560 and a way better display density.

Galaxy Tab S 10.5 shoots just a bit better pictures and videos than Motorola Moto Tab G20, and although they both have the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video definition and the same video frame rate, the Galaxy Tab S 10.5 also has a lot more mega-pixels camera. Moto Tab G20 counts with a superior storage to install games and applications than Galaxy Tab S 10.5, and although they both have exactly the same 32 GB internal memory capacity, the Moto Tab G20 also has a SD card slot that allows a maximum of 2 TB.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 counts with a very superior battery performance than Moto Tab G20, because it has 7900mAh of battery capacity instead of 5100mAh.
