These tablets come with Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy Tab S 10.5 has the older 4.4.2 version while Nokia N1 has Android 5.0 version. Even though Galaxy Tab S 10.5 and Nokia N1 were released with only a few months difference, Galaxy Tab S 10.5's design is a little bit thinner but also a lot heavier than Nokia N1.

Nokia N1 has a bit sharper screen than Galaxy Tab S 10.5, because although it has a much smaller screen and a bit worse resolution of 2048 x 1536, it also counts with a just a little better count of pixels per inch of screen. Nokia N1 features a better performing processing unit than Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5, because although it has a lower amount of RAM memory and an inferior number of cores (but faster), it also counts with an extra GPU and a 64 bits processor.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 features a lot bigger storage capacity for games and applications than Nokia N1, and although they both have exactly the same 32 GB internal memory, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 also has a SD memory slot that admits up to 128 GB. Galaxy Tab S 10.5 has a better camera than Nokia N1. Both have the same resolution camera in the back, the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video definition and the same video frame rate.

The Galaxy Tab S 10.5 counts with a way better battery duration than Nokia N1, because it has a 7900mAh battery capacity against 5300mAh.

Even being the best tablet in this comparison, Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 is also a bargain compared to others.
