The Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 is better than Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T), with a score of 74.3 against 65. Both of these tablets work with Android OS (operating system), but the Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 has a more recent 4.4.2 version and Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) has Android 4.1, so it counts with a lot of extra features. Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 is a newer device, and it is also incredibly thinner and noticeably lighter than Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T).

The Galaxy Tab S 10.5 counts with a brighter display than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T), because it has a way better resolution of 1600 x 2560 pixels, a lot better display density and a quite bigger screen. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 has a lot bigger memory capacity for applications and games than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T), because it has 32 GB internal memory and a slot for an SD memory card that admits a maximum of 128 GB.
