Galaxy Tab S 10.5 is better than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch, having a score of 74.3 against 65.9. Galaxy Tab S 10.5's design is newer, thinner and just a little lighter than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch. Both of these devices have Android OS, but Galaxy Tab S 10.5 has a more recent 4.4.2 version and Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch has Android 4.2 version.
Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 counts with a much sharper display than Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch, because it has a much better display pixels density, a bit larger screen and a way higher 1600 x 2560 resolution. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 features a little bit better memory capacity to store more games and applications than Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch, and although they both have equal internal memory capacity, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 also has a SD card slot that supports up to 128 GB.
