The Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.5 has a global score of 74.5, which is a bit better than the Galaxy Tab S 10.5's 74.3 general score. Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.5's construction is a lot newer, but thicker and somewhat heavier than the Galaxy Tab S 10.5. Both tablets in our current comparison include Android operating system, but Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.5 has the newer 9.0 Pie version while Galaxy Tab S 10.5 has Android 4.4.2, so it provides the user some extra features.

The Galaxy Tab A 10.5 has a better memory to store more apps and games than Galaxy Tab S 10.5, and although they both have the same internal storage, the Galaxy Tab A 10.5 also has an external memory card slot that admits up to 400 GB. Galaxy Tab S 10.5 counts with just a little bit longer battery lifetime than Galaxy Tab A 10.5, because it has an 8 percent greater battery capacity.

Galaxy Tab A 10.5 features a superior camera than Galaxy Tab S 10.5. Both of them have the same video quality, a back facing camera with an 8 MP and the same video frame rates.

Although Galaxy Tab A 10.5 is a better device, it is way more expensive than Galaxy Tab S 10.5, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Galaxy Tab S 10.5.
