Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 has a general score of 74.3, which is a little bit better than Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2019)'s global score of 69. Both tablets in this review have Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 has 4.4.2 version while Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2019) has Android 11 version, offering lots of additional features. Although the Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 is older and noticeably heavier than the Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2019), it's body is still thinner.

Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 features an incredibly better looking display than Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2019), because it has a way higher resolution of 1600 x 2560, a really larger display and a lot greater screen pixel density. Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2019) features a superior memory capacity for apps and games than Galaxy Tab S 10.5, and although they both have the same internal memory, the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2019) also has an external memory slot that admits a maximum of 512 GB.
