Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 has a general score of 74.3, which is much better than the Galaxy Tab Active's 67 overall score. Although Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 and the Galaxy Tab Active were only released with a couple of months difference, Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5's body is heavier but incredibly thinner than the Galaxy Tab Active. Both devices in our current comparison use Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 has a more recent 4.4.2 version and Galaxy Tab Active has Android 4.4 version.
The Galaxy Tab S 10.5 counts with a bit faster CPU than Samsung Galaxy Tab Active, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics processing unit, it also counts with 1,5 GB more RAM and more cpu cores. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 features a better screen than Galaxy Tab Active, because it has a way better count of pixels per inch in the display, a really larger screen and a way higher 1600 x 2560 resolution.
The Galaxy Tab S 10.5 captures much clearer videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy Tab Active, because it has a back camera with much more MP and a way higher 1920x1080 (Full HD) video quality. The Galaxy Tab S 10.5 has much more memory to store more apps and games than Galaxy Tab Active, because it has a slot for SD memory cards that admits up to 128 GB and 16 GB more internal memory capacity.
The Galaxy Tab S 10.5 features a much better battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy Tab Active, because it has 7900mAh of battery capacity.
