Samsung Galaxy Tab Active Pro has a global score of 77.5, which is a bit better than Galaxy Tab S 10.5's global score of 74.3. Both of these tablets come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy Tab Active Pro has the newer 9.0 Pie version while Galaxy Tab S 10.5 has Android 4.4.2 version, so it provides you a couple nice extra features and some performance improvements. Even though Samsung Galaxy Tab Active Pro is incredibly newer than the Galaxy Tab S 10.5, it's thicker and much heavier.
Galaxy Tab S 10.5 has a much better display than Samsung Galaxy Tab Active Pro, because it has a better resolution of 1600 x 2560 pixels, a quite larger display and a better pixels density. The Galaxy Tab Active Pro features a way bigger storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5, because it has a SD extension slot that allows a maximum of 512 GB and more internal storage.
Samsung Galaxy Tab Active Pro counts with a little bit better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Samsung Galaxy Tab Active Pro also has a higher amount of RAM memory. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 counts with a bit longer battery duration than Galaxy Tab Active Pro, because it has a 7900mAh battery size.
Samsung Galaxy Tab Active Pro features a much better camera than Galaxy Tab S 10.5, because it has a much higher 13 mega-pixels resolution camera and a much higher 3840x2160 video resolution.
Although Galaxy Tab Active Pro is a better device, it costs a lot more than Galaxy Tab S 10.5, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Galaxy Tab S 10.5. If you prefer to save some money, you can get the Galaxy Tab S 10.5, giving up a few features and specifications, but you'll get the most out of your savings.
