Comparison review

Galaxy Tab S 10.5 is better than the Galaxy Tab E 8.0, having a global score of 74.3 against 64.9. Galaxy Tab S 10.5's design is way thinner than Galaxy Tab E 8.0, although it is a lot heavier and was released about 21 months before. Both devices in our current comparison work with Android OS, but Galaxy Tab S 10.5 has the older 4.4.2 version and Galaxy Tab E 8.0 has Android 5.1 Lollipop.

Galaxy Tab S 10.5 counts with a much sharper display than Galaxy Tab E 8.0, because it has a much larger screen, a much better pixel count per inch of display and a lot better 1600 x 2560 pixels resolution. The Galaxy Tab S 10.5 features a bit faster processing unit than Galaxy Tab E 8.0, because it has a higher number of cores (and faster) and a greater amount of RAM memory.

The Galaxy Tab S 10.5 counts with a much greater memory to install applications and games than Galaxy Tab E 8.0, and although they both have a SD card slot that allows up to 128 GB, the Galaxy Tab S 10.5 also has 32 GB internal memory. The Galaxy Tab S 10.5 counts with a much longer battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8.0, because it has 7900mAh of battery capacity against 5000mAh.

The Galaxy Tab E 8.0 has a bit better camera than Galaxy Tab S 10.5, although it has a lot worse resolution camera and a lot worse 1280x720 (HD) video resolution.
