The Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 has a global score of 74.6, which is a little bit better than Galaxy Tab S 10.5's overall score of 74.3. These tablets have Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 has the older 4.4 version and Galaxy Tab S 10.5 has Android 4.4.2. Even though the Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 is a better tablet device than Galaxy Tab S 10.5, it must be noted that it is also a a little heavier and thicker tablet device.
The Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 has a bit more powerful CPU than Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5, because although it has a lower amount of RAM memory and less processing cores , it also counts with an additional GPU. Although Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5. So if you want that extra features, you can buy Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1, but if you don't you can save some money and buy the Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5, letting go a couple features and specs.
