Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 counts with a lot better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra, although it has a lower amount of RAM, they both have a Octa-Core CPU. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 has an incredibly better looking display than Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra, because although it has a bit worse resolution of 1600 x 2560px and a way smaller display, it also counts with a little better pixels density.
