Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 is a little bit better than Galaxy Tab S 10.5, with a 75.2 score against 74.3. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 construction is notably newer, a bit lighter and a bit thinner than the Galaxy Tab S 10.5. These tablets come with Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 has 9.0 Pie version while Galaxy Tab S 10.5 has Android 4.4.2 version, providing you a couple nice extra features.
Galaxy Tab S3 features a little bit better processing power than Galaxy Tab S 10.5, because although it has a lower number of cores (but faster), it also counts with 1 GB more RAM. Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 features a better display than Galaxy Tab S3, because it has a slightly better 1600 x 2560 pixels resolution, a bit bigger display and a quite better number of pixels in each inch of screen.
Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 features a little bit more storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5, and although they both have exactly the same 32 GB internal storage capacity, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 also has a slot for SD memory cards that allows up to 256 GB.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 features greater battery life than Galaxy Tab S3, because it has a 32% bigger battery capacity. Galaxy Tab S3 shoots greater pictures and videos than Galaxy Tab S 10.5, because it has a lot higher (4K) video quality and a lot higher resolution camera in the back.
Although Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 is a better device, it costs more than the Galaxy Tab S 10.5, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Galaxy Tab S 10.5. If you are trying to save some money, you can buy Galaxy Tab S 10.5, and give up some specs and features, but you'll get the most with your money.
