Galaxy Tab S7 has a score of 86.6, which is much better than the Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5's 74.3 score. Both of these tablets include Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy Tab S7 has the previous 11 version while Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 has Android 4.4.2. Even though the Galaxy Tab S7 is just a little bit heavier than the Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5, it's just a little bit thinner and also way newer.
Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 counts with a better looking screen than Galaxy Tab S7, because although it has a bit smaller display, and they both have the same 1600 x 2560 resolution, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 also counts with a little bit better pixels density. Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 counts with a much better storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5, because it has 128 GB internal storage and a slot for SD memory cards that holds a maximum of 1000 GB.
The Galaxy Tab S7 counts with a superior hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Galaxy Tab S7 also has 3 GB more RAM. The Galaxy Tab S7 counts with just a little better battery life than Galaxy Tab S 10.5, because it has an 8000mAh battery size against 7900mAh.
Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 features just a bit better camera than Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5, because it has a lot better resolution back facing camera.
Although Galaxy Tab S7 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Galaxy Tab S 10.5, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Galaxy Tab S 10.5. So if you want that extra features, you can buy the Galaxy Tab S7, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and buy the Galaxy Tab S 10.5, letting go some features and specifications.
