The Galaxy Tab S 10.5 is a bit better than Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra, having a overall score of 74.3 against 73.3. These devices come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy Tab S 10.5 has a newer 4.4.2 version and Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra has Android 13 version, so it gives you a couple additional features and performance tweaks.
