Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 is slightly better than the Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact, getting a 74.3 score against 71.3. These tablets include Android operating system, but Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 has a newer 4.4.2 version while Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact has Android 4.4. Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5's construction is just a little bit thicker and a lot heavier than Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact.
Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact counts with a bit superior processing unit than Galaxy Tab S 10.5, because although it has 4 lesser processing cores (although they are faster), and they both have the same RAM amount, the Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact also counts with an extra GPU. The Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact and Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 feature incredibly similar displays, although the Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact has a really smaller display, a little bit worse pixels density and a way lower resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels.
