Galaxy Tab S 8.4 has a global score of 74.5, which is better than the Blackview Oscal Pad 15's overall score of 63.8. The Galaxy Tab S 8.4 is an a lot older device than Blackview Oscal Pad 15, but Samsung could make it somewhat thinner and notably lighter. Both devices we compare here work with Android operating system, but the Galaxy Tab S 8.4 has newer 4.4.2 version and Blackview Oscal Pad 15 has Android 13 version.
