Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4 has a score of 74.5, which is much better than the LG G Pad II 8.0's overall score of 58.3. Even though Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4 is older than the LG G Pad II 8.0, it's construction is extremely thinner and lighter. Both tablets we compare here have Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4 has older 4.4.2 version and LG G Pad II 8.0 has Android 5.0 Lollipop.

Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4 features a bit superior CPU than LG G Pad II 8.0, because it has a larger number of cores (and they are faster) and more RAM. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4 counts with a much sharper screen than LG G Pad II 8.0, because it has a lot higher 2560 x 1600 resolution, a much greater display pixels density and a bit bigger display.

The Galaxy Tab S 8.4 captures a lot better videos and photos than LG G Pad II 8.0, because it has a back facing camera with a much better 8 MP resolution. The LG G Pad II 8.0's storage capacity for apps and games is just as good as Galaxy Tab S 8.4's one, both have the same internal memory and an external memory slot that allows up to 128 GB.
