Comparison review

The Galaxy Tab S 8.4 has a general score of 74.5, which is better than LG G Pad X II 10.1's general score of 65.4. Even though Galaxy Tab S 8.4 is extremely older than LG G Pad X II 10.1, it's design is way lighter and somewhat thinner. Both tablets in this review come with Android OS, but Galaxy Tab S 8.4 has 4.4.2 version while LG G Pad X II 10.1 has Android 6.0 Marshmallow.

Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4 features a little faster processor than LG G Pad X II 10.1, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4 also has more RAM memory. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4 has a lot better looking screen than LG G Pad X II 10.1, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a higher resolution of 2560 x 1600 and a much higher pixel density.

Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4 counts with a greater camera than LG G Pad X II 10.1, and although they both have the same video resolution and the same video frame rates, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4 also has a much more mega-pixels back-facing camera. LG G Pad X II 10.1 features a much bigger storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4, because although it has only 16 GB internal storage, it also counts with a SD memory slot that supports up to 1,95 TB.

The LG G Pad X II 10.1 counts with longer battery duration than Galaxy Tab S 8.4, because it has a 22 percent bigger battery size.
