Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) works with Windows 10 Pro OS, and Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4 has Android 4.4.2 OS.

The Galaxy Tab S 8.4 features a better display than Microsoft Surface Pro (2017), because although it has a bit worse 2560 x 1600 resolution and a much smaller screen, it also counts with more pixels per screen inch.
