Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4 is better than Moto Tab G20, with a 74.5 score against 66.3. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4 is an notably older portable tablet than Moto Tab G20, but it's somewhat thinner and just a bit lighter anyway. These tablets use Android OS (operating system), but the Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4 has a more recent 4.4.2 version and Moto Tab G20 has Android 11.

Galaxy Tab S 8.4 counts with a much better looking screen than Motorola Moto Tab G20, because it has a much better count of pixels per inch in the display, a lot higher resolution of 2560 x 1600 and a little bit larger screen. Moto Tab G20 features just a little better hardware performance than Galaxy Tab S 8.4. Both have the same RAM memory amount and a Octa-Core processor.

The Motorola Moto Tab G20 features a very superior storage capacity for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4, and although they both have exactly the same 32 GB internal storage capacity, the Motorola Moto Tab G20 also has a slot for an SD memory card that holds a maximum of 2 TB. Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4 takes just a bit better photographs and videos than Motorola Moto Tab G20, and although they both have the same 1920x1080 video resolution and the same 30 frames per second video frame rate, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4 also has a back facing camera with lot more MP.

The Motorola Moto Tab G20 features just a bit longer battery performance than Galaxy Tab S 8.4, because it has 5100mAh of battery capacity instead of 4900mAh.
