The Galaxy Tab S 8.4 is much better than Samsung Galaxy Tab E, with a general score of 74.5 against 60.7. These tablets use Android OS, but Galaxy Tab S 8.4 has a newer 4.4.2 version and Samsung Galaxy Tab E has Android 4.4, so it provides the user some additional features and a performance increase. The Galaxy Tab S 8.4 construction is notably thinner and extremely lighter than Samsung Galaxy Tab E, although it was released a little bit further than a year before.
Galaxy Tab S 8.4 counts with a way better display than Samsung Galaxy Tab E, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a lot higher count of pixels per display inch and a lot higher resolution of 2560 x 1600px. Galaxy Tab S 8.4 features a much greater memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Tab E, and although they both have a SD memory card expansion slot that admits a maximum of 128 GB, the Galaxy Tab S 8.4 also has 32 GB internal storage.
Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4 features a little faster CPU than Galaxy Tab E, because it has a larger amount of RAM memory and a larger number of cores (and faster). Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4 captures much clearer photographs and videos than Galaxy Tab E, because it has a much more megapixels camera in the back and a way higher 1920x1080 video definition.
Galaxy Tab E features just a bit better battery life than Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4, because it has a 2 percent greater battery size.
