Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite has a general score of 78.2, which is just a bit better than Galaxy Tab S 8.4's overall score of 74.5. Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite's design is noticeably newer, but a bit thicker and a lot heavier than Galaxy Tab S 8.4. The Galaxy Tab S6 Lite has a bit more powerful processing unit than Galaxy Tab S 8.4, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite also has 1 GB more RAM memory.
Galaxy Tab S 8.4 features a way better screen than Galaxy Tab S6 Lite, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a better 2560 x 1600 resolution and a lot better amount of pixels per screen inch. Galaxy Tab S6 Lite has a much better memory capacity for apps and games than Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4, because it has a slot for an SD memory card that admits a maximum of 1000 GB and more internal memory.
The Galaxy Tab S6 Lite features a superior camera than Galaxy Tab S 8.4. Both of them have the same (Full HD) video quality, the same 30 fps video frame rate and the same resolution camera. Galaxy Tab S6 Lite counts with a much longer battery performance than Galaxy Tab S 8.4, because it has a 44 percent more battery capacity.
Although Galaxy Tab S6 Lite is a better device, it costs a lot more than Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4. So if you want that extra features, you can buy Galaxy Tab S6 Lite, otherwise you can save some dollars and buy the Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4, giving up some features and specifications.
