Comparison review
The Galaxy Tab S 8.4 has a general score of 74.5, which is better than the Galaxy Tab S9's general score of 64.1. Galaxy Tab S 8.4 is an extremely older and somewhat thicker portable tablet than the Galaxy Tab S9, but Samsung was able to build it notably lighter anyway. These tablets use Android operating system, but the Galaxy Tab S 8.4 has newer 4.4.2 version while Galaxy Tab S9 has Android 13 version, offering some additional features and performance enhancements.
The Galaxy Tab S 8.4 has a very superior processor than Galaxy Tab S9, although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core CPU. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4 has a way better display than Samsung Galaxy Tab S9, although it has a much smaller screen. The Galaxy Tab S9 has a much better storage for applications and games than Galaxy Tab S 8.4, because it has more internal storage and a SD extension slot that holds up to 1 TB.
Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 features a way better battery life than Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4, because it has 8400mAh of battery capacity. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4 counts with just a bit better camera than Galaxy Tab S9, although it has a back facing camera with way less MP resolution.
