The Galaxy Tab S10 FE (Rumored) has a score of 74.2, which is much better than Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch's 65.9 general score. Both of these tablets work with Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy Tab S10 FE (Rumored) has newer 15 version while Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch has Android 4.2, so it gives you lots of additional features and enhanced performance.
