The Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra is a lot better than Asus ZenPad Z10, getting an 82.1 score against 63.6. The Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra is a heavier but much thinner tablet than the Asus ZenPad Z10. Both of these tablets work with Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra has older 14 version while Asus ZenPad Z10 has Android 7.0 Nougat version.
Asus ZenPad Z10 has a little sharper screen than Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra, because although it has a lot lower 1536 x 2048 resolution and a much smaller screen, it also counts with a bit greater pixels amount in each inch in the screen.
