The Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra is a lot better than the Microsoft Surface Go, with a overall score of 82.1 against 66.5. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra construction is heavier but much thinner than Microsoft Surface Go. Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra has Android 14 operating system, while Microsoft Surface Go comes with Windows 10 operating system.

Microsoft Surface Go features an extremely better processing unit than Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra, although it has a lower number of cores (although faster) and a smaller amount of RAM memory. Microsoft Surface Go features a bit more vivid screen than Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra, although it has a way worse 1800 x 1200 resolution, a really smaller screen and a quite lower screen pixel density.
