The Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra has an overall score of 82.1, which is a lot better than the Microsoft Surface Pro's overall score of 63.2. The Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra comes with Android 14 operating system, and Microsoft Surface Pro counts with Windows 8 Pro operating system. The Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra design is extremely lighter and noticeably thinner than the Microsoft Surface Pro.

The Microsoft Surface Pro counts with a very superior processing power than Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra, because although it has a lower number of cores (although they are faster) and a smaller amount of RAM, it also counts with an additional graphics processing unit. The Microsoft Surface Pro counts with a slightly better display than Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra, although it has a little lower display density, a way worse resolution of 1080 x 1920px and a lot smaller display.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra features a way better camera than Microsoft Surface Pro, because it has a lot higher 13 mega pixels resolution back camera. The Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra has a much bigger memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Microsoft Surface Pro, because it has 128 GB more internal memory.
