Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra is a lot better than Microsoft Surface RT, getting a score of 82.1 against 58.4. Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra's design is a little heavier but noticeably thinner than Microsoft Surface RT. The Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra works with Android 14 OS, and Microsoft Surface RT works with Windows RT OS.
The Microsoft Surface RT features a much powerful processing unit than Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra, because although it has less RAM memory and a lower number of cores (but faster), it also counts with a GPU. Microsoft Surface RT counts with a screen that's just as good as Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra's display, although the Microsoft Surface RT has much less pixels per inch of screen, a way worse 768 x 1366 resolution and a much smaller screen.
