Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra has a score of 82.1, which is a lot better than Galaxy Tab 4 7.0's 65.6 global score. Both tablets in this comparison review come with Android operating system, but the Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra has the older 14 version while Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 has Android 4.4.2 version. The Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra is a notably heavier but noticeably thinner tablet than the Galaxy Tab 4 7.0.
