Galaxy Tab S2 8.0-inch has a global score of 73.6, which is a little bit better than iPad Air (2020)'s 71.7 general score. Despite of the fact that Galaxy Tab S2 8.0-inch is much older than iPad Air (2020), it's design is a little thinner and notably lighter. The Apple iPad Air (2020) has a little more vivid display than Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 8.0-inch, because although it has a quite lower pixels amount per inch of screen, it also counts with a slightly better resolution of 1640 x 2360px and a way bigger display.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 8.0-inch counts with a much greater memory capacity to install applications and games than Apple iPad Air (2020), and although they both have exactly the same 64 GB internal memory, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 8.0-inch also has a slot for an external memory card that supports up to 128 GB.
Apple iPad Air (2020) counts with a quite superior hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 8.0-inch, because although it has a lower number of cores , it also counts with a 64 bits CPU. The iPad Air (2020) takes a lot better videos and photos than Galaxy Tab S2 8.0-inch, because it has a camera in the back with a lot better 12 mega-pixels resolution and a much better 3840x2160 video quality.
The Galaxy Tab S2 8.0-inch features a much better battery duration than iPad Air (2020).
