Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 8.0-inch is much better than the Blackview Tab 13, getting a global score of 73.6 against 63.8. Despite of the fact that the Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 8.0-inch is older than the Blackview Tab 13, it's construction is thinner and noticeably lighter. Blackview Tab 13 has a bit more powerful CPU than Galaxy Tab S2 8.0-inch, and although they both have 8 cores, the Blackview Tab 13 also has more RAM.
Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 8.0-inch counts with a more vivid screen than Blackview Tab 13, because although it has a much smaller screen, it also counts with a higher pixel density and a better resolution of 1536 x 2048 pixels.
