Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 8.0-inch has an overall score of 73.6, which is much better than Microsoft Surface 2's 63.4 global score. Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 8.0-inch's design is newer, lighter and notably thinner than the Microsoft Surface 2. Galaxy Tab S2 8.0-inch features a bit sharper display than Microsoft Surface 2, because although it has a lot smaller screen, it also counts with a higher resolution of 1536 x 2048 and way more pixels per inch of screen.
Galaxy Tab S2 8.0-inch features a little better hardware performance than Microsoft Surface 2, because it has a higher number of cores (and they are faster) and 1 GB more RAM memory.
