Galaxy Tab S2 8.0-inch is way better than Galaxy Tab A (2016), with a 73.6 score against 60.4. Galaxy Tab S2 8.0-inch's body is much thinner and a little lighter than the Galaxy Tab A (2016), even though they were released only a couple of months apart. The Galaxy Tab S2 8.0-inch has a more vivid screen than Galaxy Tab A (2016), because it has a little bit bigger display, a higher screen pixel density and a way higher 1536 x 2048 resolution.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 8.0-inch counts with a way bigger memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Tab A (2016), because although it has a SD card slot that admits a maximum of 128 GB against 200 GB, it also counts with 56 GB more internal storage. The Galaxy Tab S2 8.0-inch features just a little better processing power than Galaxy Tab A (2016), because it has more cpu cores and a greater amount of RAM.

The Galaxy Tab A (2016)'s battery performance is very similar to Galaxy Tab S2 8.0-inch's battery performance. Galaxy Tab A (2016) takes just a bit better photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 8.0-inch, although it has a back camera with lot less MP and a much lower 1280x720 video quality.
