Comparison review
The Galaxy Tab S2 9.7-inch has a global score of 74, which is better than the Asus ZenPad S 8.0's score of 62.2. Although Galaxy Tab S2 9.7-inch and the Asus ZenPad S 8.0 were only released with a couple months difference, Galaxy Tab S2 9.7-inch's body is notably heavier but also somewhat thinner than the Asus ZenPad S 8.0.
Asus ZenPad S 8.0 counts with a slightly better display than Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 9.7-inch, because although it has a little smaller screen, and they both have exactly the same resolution of 1536 x 2048px, the Asus ZenPad S 8.0 also counts with a little better pixel number in each screen inch. The Asus ZenPad S 8.0 has a CPU that is very similar to the processor in Galaxy Tab S2 9.7-inch, because although the Asus ZenPad S 8.0 has less processing cores , it also counts with 1 GB more RAM memory.
Asus ZenPad S 8.0 takes clearer photos and videos than Galaxy Tab S2 9.7-inch. Both have a same resolution back facing camera, the same video frame rate and the same 1920x1080 video quality. The Asus ZenPad S 8.0 has as much storage for games and applications as the Galaxy Tab S2 9.7-inch one, they have equal 64 GB internal storage and an external SD slot that supports a maximum of 128 GB.
