The Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 3 has an overall score of 79, which is slightly better than Galaxy Tab S2 9.7-inch's global score of 74. Although Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 3 is extremely newer than Galaxy Tab S2 9.7-inch, it's a lot thicker and just a little bit heavier. Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 3 has just a little better processing power than Galaxy Tab S2 9.7-inch, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 3 also has a larger amount of RAM.
The Galaxy Tab Active 3 features a bit more vivid screen than Galaxy Tab S2 9.7-inch, because although it has a little bit smaller display and a little bit lower resolution of 1200 x 1920 pixels, it also counts with a bit greater pixels amount per screen inch. The Galaxy Tab Active 3 features much more storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy Tab S2 9.7-inch, and although they both have exactly the same 64 GB internal memory capacity, the Galaxy Tab Active 3 also has a slot for external memory cards that admits a maximum of 1 TB.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 3 shoots much clearer pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 9.7-inch, because it has a lot more mega-pixels camera in the back and a lot better 3840x2160 (4K) video quality. Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 9.7-inch features a little longer battery life than Galaxy Tab Active 3, because it has a 5870mAh battery size instead of 5050mAh.
