Galaxy Tab S3 is much better than the Blackview Oscal Spider 8, getting a overall score of 75.2 against 64.4. The Galaxy Tab S3 design is noticeably lighter and much thinner than Blackview Oscal Spider 8, although it was released many years before. Both of these tablets come with Android operating system, but Galaxy Tab S3 has a more recent 9.0 Pie version and Blackview Oscal Spider 8 has Android 13.
