Comparison review
The Huawei MediaPad M5 8 has a global score of 75.5, which is a bit better than Galaxy Tab S3's overall score of 75.2. Both tablets in our current comparison use Android OS (operating system), but Huawei MediaPad M5 8 has the previous 8.0 Oreo version and Galaxy Tab S3 has Android 9.0 Pie version. The Huawei MediaPad M5 8 is a newer and incredibly lighter device than the Galaxy Tab S3, although it's thicker.
Huawei MediaPad M5 8 counts with a bit better looking display than Samsung Galaxy Tab S3, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a greater amount of pixels per screen inch and a little bit higher resolution of 1600 x 2560 pixels. Huawei MediaPad M5 8 has a very superior storage for apps and games than Galaxy Tab S3, and although they both have an external memory slot that allows a maximum of 256 GB, the Huawei MediaPad M5 8 also has more internal memory capacity.
The Huawei MediaPad M5 8 has just a little better performance than Samsung Galaxy Tab S3, and although they both have a 4 GB RAM, the Huawei MediaPad M5 8 also has more cpu cores. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 captures much better videos and photos than Huawei MediaPad M5 8, and although they both have a 13 mega-pixels resolution camera in the back, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 also has a bigger aperture to take better photography in low-light environments.
Galaxy Tab S3 counts with a bit superior battery life than Huawei MediaPad M5 8, because it has a 6000mAh battery capacity instead of 5100mAh.
