Galaxy Tab S3 has an overall score of 75.2, which is much better than the Microsoft Surface Pro 2's 65.1 general score. Galaxy Tab S3 counts with Android 9.0 Pie OS, while Microsoft Surface Pro 2 comes with Windows 8.1 Pro OS. Galaxy Tab S3's body is way newer, much lighter and a lot thinner than the Microsoft Surface Pro 2.

The Galaxy Tab S3 features a bit superior processing unit than Microsoft Surface Pro 2, because although it has 4 GB less RAM, it also counts with 2 more CPU cores. The Microsoft Surface Pro 2 and Galaxy Tab S3 have very similar screens, because although the Microsoft Surface Pro 2 has a just a little inferior pixel count in each inch of screen and a little worse 1080 x 1920 pixels resolution, it also counts with a little bit bigger display.

Microsoft Surface Pro 2 counts with a much greater memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy Tab S3, because although it has no external memory slot, it also counts with 512 GB internal storage. Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 features a way better battery life than Microsoft Surface Pro 2.
