The GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) has an overall score of 77.4, which is a little bit better than Galaxy Tab S3's 75.2 general score. These tablets have Android operating system, but GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) has older 4.4.2 version and Galaxy Tab S3 has Android 9.0 Pie version. GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) is a older, much thicker and much heavier tablet than Galaxy Tab S3.
Samsung GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) features a much better looking screen than Galaxy Tab S3, because it has a little larger screen, a little bit higher pixels quantity per inch of screen and a slightly higher 1600 x 2560 resolution. Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 features a greater camera than GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition), because it has a back camera with lot more mega-pixels and a much higher video resolution. The Samsung GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) has just a bit bigger storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy Tab S3, because although it has a slot for an external memory card that admits 192 GB smaller, it also counts with 64 GB internal storage capacity.
