The Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 is much better than Galaxy Tab 4 10.1, having a 75.2 score against 67.8. Samsung Galaxy Tab S3's design is notably newer, lighter and way thinner than Galaxy Tab 4 10.1. These tablets come with Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 has 9.0 Pie version while Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 has Android 4.4.2.
