Comparison review
The Galaxy Tab S3 is better than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, getting a score of 75.2 against 65.6. Galaxy Tab S3's body is way newer and thinner than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0's, but it's also noticeably heavier. These devices work with Android operating system, but the Galaxy Tab S3 has a newer 9.0 Pie version and Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 has Android 4.4.2.
Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 features a bit sharper display than Galaxy Tab S3, although it has a really smaller display, a much lower 1280 x 800 resolution and a little lower pixels density.
