Comparison review

Galaxy Tab S3 is a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2019), with a 75.2 score against 69. Galaxy Tab S3 is a much older and heavier tablet than the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2019), but Samsung managed to build it noticeably thinner anyway. Both tablets we compare here use Android OS, but Galaxy Tab S3 has the newer 9.0 Pie version and Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2019) has Android 11 version, providing the user some additional features and optimized performance.

Galaxy Tab S3 features a bit superior CPU than Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2019), and although they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy Tab S3 also has 2 GB more RAM memory. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 features just a bit better looking screen than Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2019), because it has a greater number of pixels per inch of screen, a larger display and a way higher resolution of 1536 x 2048 pixels.

The Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2019) has a bigger storage to install games and applications than Galaxy Tab S3, and although they both have the same 32 GB internal memory capacity, the Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2019) also has a slot for SD memory cards that holds a maximum of 512 GB. Galaxy Tab S3 shoots way better photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2019), because it has a lot better video quality and a much better resolution camera.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 counts with just a little bit longer battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2019), because it has a 6000mAh battery capacity against 5100mAh.
